General Return Conditions
- Non-Returnable Items: All products except clothing are in the final sale and cannot be returned. This includes items from the Wallpaper, Bed Essentials, and Jewels, Shoes, and Special Launched Clothing, Curtains categories.
- Exchange Window: The exchange option is available for 12 hours only after delivery. After this period, the option will no longer be visible.
Clothing Exchange Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky. Here’s how we can help:
- Size & Fitting Exchanges: Exchanges are available for clothing items within 12 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition with all original tags attached.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered:
- Damaged Items: Submit photographic evidence within 12 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- Process: Contact our customer support team with the required evidence, and we’ll process your replacement promptly.
Refund Process
- Clothing Exchanges: Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected. A replacement will be sent at no additional charge.
- Damaged Items: Replacements for damaged items will be shipped within 1 hour of approval. Please note that no refunds are offered for damaged items.
Return Shipping Costs
- Clothing Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged Replacements: Solo-Verse covers all shipping costs for damaged item replacements.
Non-Refundable Items
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon delivery:
- Wall Clothing
- Bed Essentials
- Curtains
- Jewels
- Shoes
- Special Launched Clothing
No Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD Policy: Cash on Delivery is unavailable for new accounts and customers for the first nine months. Payments must be made via credit/debit cards or secure payment gateways.
